Looking for a job this Spring/ Summer in the Downtown Chicago area? AIRE, a Downtown Chicago rooftop bar and lounge, is seeking to fill both seasonal full-time and seasonal part-time positions for the upcoming Spring/Summer. Located on the 24th floor of Hyatt Centric the Loop Chicago, 100 W. Monroe, AIRE is providing a wide variety of employment opportunities in everything from host positions to bartenders. Boasting stellar views and an enviable ambiance, AIRE supplies its employees with the quintessential work environment.

The job descriptions and requirements for the open positions can be found below:
• Barbacks are responsible for ensuring that the bar is fully stocked and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas. Barback candidates are expected to have previous work experience in the food industry, as well as the ability to lift, push, and carry a heavy amount of weight in a fast-paced environment. Barback candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
• Food Runners are responsible for facilitating prompt and correct food assembly, ensuring prompt delivery of food to guests, delivering focused guest care, and ensuring proper condiment and garnishment set-up. Food Runner candidates are expected to have previous work experience in the food industry, the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English, and the ability to carry 30 pounds at a fast pace.
• Cooks are responsible for carefully preparing the food, ensuring food safety, checking pars for shift use, and taking the proper steps to control food waste, loss, and usage. Cook candidates are expected to have one year in the food industry, the ability to maintain clean culinary equipment, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Servers are responsible for greeting guests, providing helpful information on restaurant offerings, ensuring guests are happy and satisfied, readying the station before opening and closing shifts, completing scheduled assigned work, and pitching in to help the barback when needed
