Metta means ‘loving-kindness’. Express Metta to your mom and start the day with a special experience. Explore a guided meditation, enjoy a playful flow, slow things down with some restorative postures, and bathe in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls during Savasana as you relax, release, and surrender to joy. It will be a happy Mother’s Day indeed!
About the Instructor:
Cassandra holds space for people to discover their purpose and tap into their power. She is an innovator and the creator of Choose Joy, SEVASOUL, and VIBE Flo™ – a creative collaboration of meditation, movement, and music. VIBE is an acronym for vinyasa, invert, breathe, explore.
With over 2,000 hours of teaching yoga under her belt and a decade of experience as a gymnastics coach and choreographer, she co-leads a 200hr. Teacher Training at Ahimsa Yoga Studio, collaborates with musicians, and is a brand ambassador for mindful companies.
