Chicago Toy & Game Week (ChiTAG) is “THE” event to attend if you have any interest in or passion for toys & games. An unsurpassed celebration of play for more than 30,000 kids, parents, grandparents and toy and game enthusiasts!
Event Details
Perfectly timed as the kickoff to the holiday shopping season, sponsors and exhibitors such as Mattel, Hasbro, Target, PlayMonster, Goliath, SpinMaster, Pressman and LEGO, not only offer deep discounts on their products, but also create one-of-a-kind activations and play experiences that can’t be found anywhere but ChiTAG. A preliminary lineup for 2018 includes:
-Santa’s Village constructed with and sponsored by Magformers
-Art from Princess-Etch-A-Sketch
-Interactive Exhibits from top toy brands
-New “Grown Up Games Beer Garden” celebrating the burgeoning field
-New Baby and Toddler PlaySpace
-Costumed characters, including visits from the Star Wars 501st Legion
-Deep discounts for the hottest toys and games for the holidays
-Giveaways, stage events, magic shows, contests, and more!
And once again, kids ages 6-18 have until October 31 to enter the YOUNG INVENTORS CHALLENGE. Finalists will be selected to present their creative toy and game invention concepts to a panel of industry elite judges at ChTAG. Winners will receive cash prizes and the opportunity to have their inventions licensed and manufactured by a top company!
