Just off the coast of the Sea of Swords, the bustling nation of Tethyr is entering a new period of prosperity--hopefully--beneath their new monarch, King Ferdinand, and his noble court. The King has made a proclamation and an oath: three years of study, solitude, and solemnity for him and his men, with only a motley crew of allies to entertain them. But the duties of a King cannot wait, and a diplomatic delegation from the neighboring nation of Amn have arrived, and don't exactly take kindly to the new laws imposed by the proclamation. They take even less kindly to the acts of poetry and machismo the suddenly lovestruck lords employ to impress them.Two Dungeon Masters have brought their players together for what should be an epic evening of adventure, intrigue, and shenanigans, hopefully complete with a wake up call for some of their friends.
