Figo wine bar will present 5 courses of tasty Italian food and wine to Lakeview Supper Club members on Monday, August 5th.
Event Details
Originally known for their exquisite Italian tapas, members will get the chance to have a one of a kind dinner. Members can bring up to 2 additional guests at membership pricing. Tickets are $65 and include all food, drinks, tax, and gratuity.
Course 1: Dates - Gorgonzola stuffed, wrapped in prosciutto
Course 2: Summer Watermelon Salad - Buttermilk emultion, crispy barley, crispy pancetta, charred corn, summer herbs
Course 3: Gnocchi - Parmesan and black truffle sauce, tarragon
Course 4: Duck Breast - Red wine & berry sauce, sauteed bok choi, apple puree
OR
Course 4: Poached Salmon - Celery root chowder, roasted squash, charred scallion relish, crispy shallots
Course 5: Strawberry Short Cake - Orange Citron, pickled strawberries, balsamic glaze, basil ice cream
