About your Speaker....
Presenter Vivina Ma (Viv) is an independent Medicare & Certified Long-Term Care professional. Viv is a facilitator for the Medicare Minute program at the Medicare Rights Center. The Center is a national, nonprofit consumer service organization that works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counselling and advocacy, educational programs and public policy initiatives.

Viv also partners with the Federal Bank of Chicago on their MoneySmart program promoting personal financial literacy. Viv makes Medicare simple and easy to understand. She believes healthcare is personal; we each have our unique needs. Viv offers unbiased opinions to help you to navigate the Medicare maze so you can make an educated and informed decision.
