Join the TAP-Chicago community service team as we volunteer at the Lincoln Park Community Shelter!
Event Details
Join the TAP-Chicago community service team on Saturday, November 23rd as we volunteer at Lincoln Park Community Shelter! Every year LPCS houses and serves hundreds of men and women experiencing homelessness, helping them transition to permanent housing. During this community service event, we will prep, cook, and serve a fresh and healthy Asian themed meal for about 40 guests staying at the shelter. If there is extra, we will eat our own cooking too. This fall, let’s help those who need it most!
Cost: $10 donation (via Venmo or cash) to purchase food and supplies.
The success of the event depends on having the full team, so it is important that all team members attend and arrive on time.
