SALVEO Lifestyle will be launching its first in a series of events that will focus on 6 PIllars of Wellbeing - SALVEO 20/20.
-The first SALVEO 20/20 event will focus on the "Nourish" Pillar of Wellbeing
-Dr. Drew Ramsey will be the featured keynote speaker. He is known as one of psychiatry's leading proponents of using nutritional interventions and founded the Brain Food Clinic in New York City. He has delivered many compelling talks and workshops focusing on food as brain medicine and the correlation between mental health and food (i.e., TEDx, BrainFork and Brain Farmacy, a video series with Big Think, and the BBC documentary Food on the Brain).
-An interactive Allstar Cubs Panel discussion addressing the critical role nutrition plays in performance. Tom Ricketts (Chairman and Co-owner of the Chicago Cubs) will lead the panel, which also includes former Cubs pitcher Kerry Woods and former Chicago Cubs Nutritionist Dawn Jackson Blatner. They will discuss the benefits of nutrition and how it contributed to the Cubs winning the World Series.
-Experts in nutritious cuisine will teach guests how to nourish themselves with delicious and flavorful foods.
-There will be guided meditation and gentle movement.
