Hyatt Lodge, 2815 Jorie Blvd., Oak Brook, will host a five-course dinner at its premier lakefront restaurant, Water’s Edge, highlighting a selection of wines from Orin Swift Wines on Friday, July 30 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy passed hors d’ oeuvres, sip fine wine, and delight in live music and entertainment before migrating to the private dining room featuring breathtaking views of the lakefront and preserve at 5:45 p.m. The dinner menu includes tasting dishes thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Joshua Karther, paired with Orin Swift’s most bold and eclectic wines. Spaces are limited. Tickets are $139 per person plus tax.
