Bambini & Me playdates provide an opportunity for children ages 18-36 months and their parents/caregivers to play, learn, and grow together!
Event Details
Our Bambini & Me playdates provide an opportunity for you (or a caregiver) and your child to play, learn, and grow together in a school setting. Your child will have the chance to openly explore with natural materials and develop social-emotional skills in a safe environment.
These playdates are intended for children ages 18 - 36 months. All attendees must register ahead of time. You will have the opportunity to meet other families in the community and learn more about Bennett Day School’s early childhood program from a veteran early childhood teacher. Please note that participation is in no way connected to the Bennett Day School Admissions process.
60-Minute Monday/Wednesday Playdates:
A typical Monday/Wednesday playdate will include explorations of music, nature, literature, and arts through sensory and open play. In addition, a snack will be offered, giving you and your child time to gather around a communal table.
90-Minute Friday Playdates (w/ Exercise Component):
Our Friday Bambini & Me playdates provide an opportunity for you (or a caregiver) and your child to exercise and play together! These extended Friday classes will include a low-intensity workout followed by snack and sensory play.
Playdate Packs:
You can pay for a single playdate or purchase playdate packs at a discount. Purchasing a pack provides your family with flexibility – with a playdate pack, you don’t need to register for each individual date ahead of time, you can just show up on the mornings that work for you and your child. We will take attendance at each playdate so we can keep track of how many playdates you have remaining as the year goes on.
VISITOR MASK POLICY:
Mask use is optional for visitors under 5 years old. For visitors ages 5+, masks will not be required with proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result from within the last 72 hours. If you cannot provide either of these, you will be required to wear a mask while visiting.
