THE LUNGE LADIES bring you their second 6-week small-group training program dedicated to strength education and result-oriented nutrition coaching.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Honestly, this is for anyone who is not getting the results they want from their current training and diet. We don’t claim to be magicians, but we live, breathe and study the benefits of strength training and mindful eating. We’re NOT going to tell how what you’re doing is “wrong.” But we ARE going to help you make whatever that is, BETTER. Before you decide that heavy weights will make you “bulky,” or that “carbs are bad,” give us 6-weeks to help you understand these myths - and how they’re exactly that!

A plan, knowledge, community, results and resources.
Exceptional coaching, skill development, challenging workouts, open discussions about nutrition, and an accountable community are all what make up our 6-week program. You’ll walk away knowing your true capabilities, how to find balance in a healthy lifestyle, and with a better understanding of how to approach your goals. Each session includes: a group-led warm-up, skill training, strength workout, nutrition discussion, and weekly accountability.
