Kickoff Oktoberfest at Get in the Kitchen! for our first Beer & Brats Cooking Party! We are starting with an American Pale Ale because it's not technically Oktoberfest yet, but don't fret, we have two other Oktoberfest events planned: Hefeweizen Day on September 6th and Oktoberfest Say on October 6th.
You get your own $50 Beer Kit with every ticket and we will teach you how to start your beer off. Then you take it home to continue the fermenting process.
While the beer settles, we will make brats from scratch! Grind the meat, spice them and stuff them. Then we will beer braise or make bagel dogs out of them. BYOB
