NEWCITY Lincoln Park and Chabad Lincoln Park Invite Guests to Giant Menorah Ice

Lincoln Park’s shopping and entertainment destination, NEWCITY Lincoln Park and Chabad Lincoln Park will be hosting a special ‘Fire and Ice’ themed Hanukkah celebration in the NEWCITY Plaza. Guests will be amazed as a 6-foot ice block is carved and transformed into a Menorah to be lit immediately following, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. Guests will also have the chance to meet their favorite characters from ‘Frozen’ and hear live performances by Gan Gani and the Moadon School Choir for a ‘Frozen’ themed celebration.
Hot Potato Latkes and jelly donuts will be available for all to enjoy at this free, family-friendly event. NEWCITY will also offer fun activities for its guests like face painting, balloon twisting and holiday arts and crafts. A photo booth will be available on site, offering the perfect opportunity for a family Hanukkah photo.
