This group dance class focuses on enhancing elasticity in the upper body, boosting joint movement, and increasing leg strength through body motion. Accompanied by flamenco music you will learn the basics of flamenco dance technique, movement phrases and rhythms, including castanets, footwork, arm work and turns.
