Synopsis:

After the end of the Civil War, Manuel Cortes, former mayor of the Malagan town of Mijas, had no chance to escape from Spain. After a long and perilous journey, he managed to reach his home in the middle of the night, without being discovered. His wife, Juliana, had warned him of the numerous executions that were carried out in the village.

They decided to make a small hole in the wall where Manuel could hide. Manuel Cortes could never have imagined that this small space behind the wall would become his private prision for 30 years. This is the story of the "Post-war Moles" who had to sacrifice an entire lifetime to escape repression.
