Chef/owner Marisa Paolillo and creative partner Gregory Bazire team up to present Chicago’s most intriguing modern Indian fare, blending authentic traditional and innovative recipes with exceptional quality fresh, locally sourced meats, seasonal produce, and Indian-origin spices and other essential ingredients.
