PLEASE notify us if you need to cancel as this event will have a very large waiting list.
There are 4 VOLUNTEER opportunities to choose from.
Please choose ONE:
Friday, November 22 - Southwest Porch, Pioneer Court - 1600-2000
Saturday, November 23 - Flight Brigade*, Ogden Elementary School - 1500-1930
Saturday, November 23 - Pretzel Patrol, Ogden Elementary School - 1500-1930
Saturday, November 23 - Float Support, Ogden Elementary School - 1500-1930

Each Southwest Airlines Employee may bring up to ONE GUEST age 12 & Older. (Proof of age will be required if under 18 years old)
When you sign-up please ensure you are prepared to meet the following qualifications:
You are physically able to walk up to 2 miles within a couple of hours;
You secure the time off on your own as this is a volunteer opportunity and your shift is NOT covered;
You are aware there are NO SEATED positions;
You must be in good standing to participate;
You will have FUN and celebrate the Holidays with your Southwest Co-Hearts!
