Fall Brew Chef’s Dinner; Wednesday, November 20th, 2018 - 6:00pm -9pm; Hailstorm Brewery & Dancing Marlin; $55.00 per person, plus tax & gratuity. ($70.40)
The Dancing Marlin culinary team, led by Chefs Matt & Jon, invite you to join the party as we offer a special culinary fall dining event, pairing a delicious dinner with the brews of local favorite, Hailstorm Brewery. Brewmaster Brandon Branbury, Brewer Steve Miller, and Sales Manager Jen Habel will be on hand to talk up the passion, thoughts and hops that go into this incredible beer. Bring your questions for the team and be prepared to enjoy a fall feast!
1st Course: Braised oxtail, house cornbread, sweet onion jam, lemon gremolata. Pairing: Tour de Yakima (ipa)
2nd Course: Panko encrusted pork tenderloin medallions, braised carrots, espresso foam. Pairing: Ceske Temny (Czech style dark lager)
3rd Course: Golden beet poke, sweet onions, shaved fennel, ginger, hoisin, short grain rice. Pairing: Prairie Madness (American ipa)
4th Course: Colossal shrimp, curry & jerk seasoning, red lentils, pickled melon, shaved jicama. Pairing: All Rye’d, All Rye’d, All Rye’d (rye double ipa)
Dessert: Bourbon glazed donut, stout ice cream, spiced whipped cream. Pairing: Vlad the Second Order of the Dragon (barrel aged Russian imperial stout)
