Family Yoga Day benefiting Africa Yoga Project
Event Details
Join us on Sunday, November 17th at 2:00pm for an afternoon of yoga + fun for the entire family! This donation-based class will benefit Africa Yoga Project, and all donation proceeds will provide scholarships for 2 African youth to attend Yoga Teacher Training in Nairobi, Kenya next April 2020.
Our friends from @buddhabellykidsyoga will be joining us in the fun!!
We will provide props and music to ensure a fun-filled yoga celebration! Together we will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, a yoga game, and we’ll end with relaxation for the entire family.
AGES: Crawlers + up.
Suggested minimum donation $10 per family member.
