***MEALS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN OUT TO VETERANS WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION***
It's that time of year again... Come join us for our 7th Annual Turkey Drop at the Jewel-Osco on South Canal Street! We'll be passing out frozen Thanksgiving meals to Veterans that register and present valid ID.
Meals will be handed out in 3, 1-hour time windows. Printed/digital tickets must be presented along with valid ID at time of pick-up. Time windows will be selected during registration, with limited availability for each 1-hour block. Register ASAP to get the time window you would like! Please arrive ONLY DURING YOUR ASSIGNED TIME SLOT.
We are taking extra safety precautions to ensure the safety of all involved. Please read our COVID-19 Precautions below

Social Distancing Required
Only 1 Household representative allowed in line
Do not attend if you are considered vulnerable, feel ill, or have come in contact with someone with Covid-19
Only arrive during your selected time slot

COVID-19 Update
Based on Chicago's key health metrics, the city is currently in Phase 4 (Gradually Resume) – allowing additional businesses and public amenities to open with limited capacities and appropriate safeguards. Although progress has been made in order to move to phase four, all residents should continue to abide by important guidance including: physically distancing and wearing a face covering; limiting non-business, social gatherings to 50 persons for indoor events and 100 for outdoors; staying at home if you are considered vulnerable, feel ill or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19; and getting tested if you have symptoms.
