A hutch is a traditional piece of furniture present in most family's dining rooms. It's familiar, dependable and showcases our most beloved belongings. That's the reason owner/chef Marc Wuenschel decided Hutch Chicago was the perfect name for his new American bistro in Lakeview. Hutch Chicago offers a take on American classics including appetizers like the Hutch board (cured meats, Wisconsin cheese curds, jumbo corn nuts, house pickles and seasonal garnish), skillet shrimp (creole butter and dunking bread) and tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons. Entree stand outs include pork chop (grilled with peaches, bacon butter,and roasted broccolini), An array of brick-oven flatbreads, burgers and sandwiches complete the menu. Complement your dinner with a craft brew, "New Fashioned” cocktail or glass of wine. Serving Brunch EVERYDAY 10-3 pm. Dressed in natural woven textiles and dark wood Hutch is the perfect place to dip into a dark tufted pebbled leather banquette while enjoying comfort food in a friendly environment.
