Maria's Packaged Goods & Community Bar used to run a Monday night special for its patrons during the Summer months. This Ko Po BBQ (Korean Polish Barbecue) centered around the perfect marriage of Polish sausages and krautchi (kimchi+sauerkraut). Chef Won collaborated several times with Maria's Monday night Ko Po nights. The series was a smash success and it was obvious that Maria's and Chef Won needed to collaborate more in depth and explore the idea of what Ko Po can truly be. The upcoming Kimski's will offer Korean Polish street food. Chef Won will be at the helm.
