HVAC Pub, (www.hvacpub.com) a new pizza pub and live music venue, had a grand slam opening on MLB Opening Day, April 5, 2015. Restauranteur Adolfo Garcia (Pearl Tavern and Son Of A Butcher), and the hospitality group represented by Carmen Rossi (Hubbard Inn, Barn & Company, and Pomp & Circumstance), are pleased to announce that they have joined forces for this Wrigleyville project located at 3530 N. Clark Street. "2015 is going to be a landmark year for the north side of Chicago," said Garcia. "For the first time in almost a century, Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs are undergoing major changes and reform. The popular stretch of Clark Street is also going through modernization for a full rebrand and buildout. We are excited to be a part of the neighborhood's transformation, and to introduce this craft pizza pub concept."
