We've hosted tens of thousands of students of all levels (beginners always welcome!) since opening in 2001. Choose from a variety of yoga styles. If you like traditional hot yoga, try our Smart 60, Original 90, or NextLevel 90 classes. If you wish for some long, slow holds that will sink into your deeper connective tissues, take a Yin 75. And if you desire a sense of rest that's deeper than sleep, take a Yoga Nidra 60 guided meditation session.
