Description

Saba (or vin cotto) is a syrup originating in Italy, created by cooking down wine grape must. Saba melds two ancient practices: wine making and repurposing grapes that might otherwise be overlooked. We are Saba; we are aiming to do something distinctive. Our group identity stems from consistency and creating meaningful experiences with genuine care. We are inquisitive minds aiming to satisfy our guest’s curiosity with our own. With kindness at the forefront, we are building an atmosphere that’s warm, accepting and community driven.
