HVAC Pub, (www.hvacpub.com) a new pizza pub and live music venue, had a grand slam opening on MLB Opening Day, April 5, 2015. Restauranteur Adolfo Garcia (Pearl Tavern and Son Of A Butcher), and the hospitality group represented by Carmen Rossi (Hubbard Inn, Barn & Company, and Pomp & Circumstance), are pleased to announce that they have joined forces for this Wrigleyville project located at 3530 N. Clark Street.
"2015 is going to be a landmark year for the north side of Chicago," said Garcia. "For the first time in almost a century, Wrigley Field and the Chicago Cubs are undergoing major changes and reform. The popular stretch of Clark Street is also going through modernization for a full rebrand and buildout. We are excited to be a part of the neighborhood's transformation, and to introduce this craft pizza pub concept." Located one block south of Addison St., includes an open pizza kitchen, outdoor patio, and live music stage with state-of-the-art equipment is already well underway.
HVAC Pub plans to offer what they have coined as "All-American style” pizza, characterized by large slices, thin crispy crust, and fresh ingredients such as premium flour imported from Italy, locally sourced and house-made sauces and toppings. "Without labeling it Chicago-, New York- or Brooklyn-style, it's simply thin crust pizza done exceptionally well,” he says.
