We provide full service catering, delivery and intimate private dining service. All prepared meals can be delivered to your home, venue, place of employment or wherever you choose. Meals and services are designed for each individual client based on your needs.

Trained in West Palm Beach, Florida at the Florida Culinary Institute with a concentration in Food & Beverage Management & Nutrition.

I've worked at some of the most exquisite hotel properties in Miami & Hollywood, Florida; InterContinental Hotel Miami & The Westin Diplomat Hollywood. The head Chef for Easter Seals of Illinois- Timber Pointe Outdoor Center, briefly before starting my Business in 2008.

It all was cultivated back in 2003 as the Chef's Assistant at Fresh Starts Restaurant, in Flossmoor, IL, recently aired on channel 11 "Check Please". Under the teachings of Owner Joann Lindholm and the first Executive Chef I worked for Brent Nardi, now owner of "Nardi's On Chicago" in Joliet, IL.
