Permanently Closed.. Shades of red and purple give this French-inspired lounge more of a Moulin Rouge appeal than the stark-white Miami feel like that of the previous tenant, The Gramercy. Five tables at the front of the venue are available nibbling on French-American food, but a majority of the space is reserved for bargoers. Design highlights include a 30-foot waterwall behind the bar, a shadow wall separating the front and back spaces, and glowing orange room in back. Bathrooms at this location are always the talk of the ladies: Long counters and big mirrors are great for primping, and this bar aims to go one step further: Plans are to have a makeup touch-up artist on hand during special events or weekends.
