We are a husband and wife team that started a wholesale bakery just over 5 years ago. We have come a long way, and are now giving everything we've got to make our first retail location a hit. We will be serving locally roasted coffee from Ipsento, and of course selling our own bagels and croissants, baked fresh in the wee hours of every morning in our commissary kitchen. We boil our bagels to give them that signature, chewy skin, and we hand roll every croissant. We cannot wait to meet you and share our passion, so stay tuned for updates and an expected opening date!
