Quiote, our restaurant, mezcal bar and cafe, is an ode to the agave, the flavors of the various regions of Mexico and the stories of the artisans and producers behind it all.
Our dining room serves contemporary, Mexican-inspired cuisine complemented by local ingredients and rotating seasonal menus.
During lunch we serve a rotating selection of tacos on hand-pressed tortillas.
The lower level, an underground mezcal bar, is reminiscent of those alongside the cobblestone streets of Oaxaca, Mexico, showcasing the artisanal spirits of the agave both poured neat and in expertly crafted cocktails.
