Located at 2515 South Wabash, a short walk from the Cermak Green Line stop, and includes a 4,000 square-foot taproom, plus retail space.
The brewery features a 20HL mash filter system, among the first of its kind in the Chicagoland area. The building, erected in 1928 as a repair depot for an Oldsmobile dealer on Motor Row features breath-taking bow-truss architecture. The taproom overlooks the brewery floor, offering stunning views of the brewery equipment and wooden bow-trusses; the space is also perfect for private events.
