More than 5,000 people in the Good Food Movement are expected to attend the 10th annual Good Food Festival & Conference: The Good Food Festival & Conference presents three action-packed days of fun and educational opportunities.

Thursday, March 13, 2014, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Good Food Financing & Innovation Conference -- Dynamic day connects funders with food businesses seeking financing. Featuring Walter Robb, Co-CEO of Whole Foods Market; Erika Allen, Growing Power; Kimbal Musk, The Kitchen Community, Tesla, SpaceX, Chipotle; March Schulman, Eli's Cheesecake, and Howard Tullman, 1871.
Friday, March 14, 2014, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Good Food Trade Show, Food Policy & School Food Conference -- Three tracks presented: food industry experts and information for the trade, food policy sessions and networking, and advancing healthier foods for our schools. Featuring Deborah Kane, Director of the USDA Farm-to-School Initiative; MacArthur Genius and urban farmer, Will Allen; and Zingerman's co-founder Paul Saginaw.
Also March 14: Localicious (7 to 9:30 p.m.) Presented by FamilyFarmed.org and The Nosh, the Localicious party Friday evening unites Chicago's premier chefs such as Marc Bernard (Big Bowl), Sean Sanders (Browntrout), Eric Mansavage (Farmhouse), Joseph Heppe (Untitled), among others, for an evening of delicious food, the best of local wines, beers and spirits, and a live Bluegrass band. This year will also debut a Preview of The Band of Farmers CSA Farmer Talent Show.
Saturday, March 15, 2014, 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.: The Good Food Festival -- A family-friendly day, featuring a host of inspiring speakers, DIY workshops, chef demos by Rick Bayless, Paul Virant and Erling Wu-Bower, an interactive Kids Corner, Good Food Court, and exhibitor floor, all designed to grow the Good Food Movement.
