Pork Belly over Polenta - Crispy Pork Belly over a bed of Creamy, Cheesy Polenta.
Baked Brie - Creamy Brie Cheese baked in Flaky Puff Pastry with Red Wine Raspberry sauce, Walnuts, and powdered sugar. Served with Apple Slices.
Goat Cheese Bruschetta - Red Onion, Tomato, and Basil over a Goat Cheese spread on Herbed Crostini.
Tenderloin Toast Points - Tenderloin Steak and Caramelized Onion on Herbed Toast Points.
