The City of Elgin is excited to celebrate the Fourth of July with a parade, concert and fireworks, all occurring on Monday, July 4th, 2022 in Chicago. This year’s theme is “There is No Place Like Home”
Event Details
The parade will kick off at 9a.m. on Slade and Douglas street, and end in front of Elgin City Hall. It will feature various forms of entertainment to enjoy. Interested participants can register here.
Food trucks suited for various tastes will be parked on Grove street (adjacent to Festival Park) starting at 4:00 PM.
The concert will occur at Festival Park (132 S Grove Ave, Elgin, IL 60120) and begin at 7PM. Viewers will enjoy musical entertainment provided by The Modern Day Romeos.
