Board Game Night with Team RWB, MVP, and Chicago Veterans!
Event Details
Join MVP, Team RWB and Chicago Veterans for a night of board games, fun and laughter as we head over to the new Stay and Play Cafe in Irving Park! A new café is mixing board games, Puerto Rican cuisine, and rum-based cocktails in Irving Park. Owners Jose and Yesenia Maldonado hosted game nights at their home for decades before deciding to open Stay and Play Game Café, 3932 West Irving Park Road, in December. The cafe’s shelves are filled with more than 500 board games.

About MVP: MVP was founded in 2015 by Fox Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer and former Green Beret and Seattle Seahawk Nate Boyer . They wanted to address the challenges that combat veterans and former professional athletes face in transition once the uniform comes off. MVP empowers combat veterans and former professional athletes by connecting them after the uniform comes off; providing them with a new team to assist with transition, promote personal development, and show them they are never alone. MVP meets weekly at POW! Gym in Chicago on Wednesdays at 6pm.
