Good Fortune Cocktail Pop-Up will take place at The Violet Hour, on Tuesday, Sept. 19th, from 7 pm - 11 pm, in celebration of Negroni Week. There will be six cocktails to choose from.

In collaboration with Campari America, The Violet Hour will be hosting Chris Amirault of the Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel for a unique and exclusive experience for Negroni Week!
On Tuesday, September 19th, from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Chris will be hosting Good Fortune Cocktail Pop-Up experience, where he will be whipping up drinks like the Loto Bianco, made with Pineapple Campari, coconut, Vermouth di Torino, and champagne. Other drinks available include the bitter and spicy Chengdu Taste, consisting of Russell’s 10yr. Campari, Szechuan Peppercorn, Sweet Vermouth, and chili oil, and Legendary Bird, a tropical and effervescent cocktail created using Appleton 8yr. Campari, clarified lime, charred pineapple, champagne, and whey.
Chris Amirault is the award-winning Head Mixologist of the Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel, overseeing all creative programming for five different outlets. His cocktail style gets its life from his observational prowl and culinary whimsy. Coming from a biracial family, Chris crafts cocktails embodying the true melting pot nature of Los Angeles; combining ingredients from his Asian heritage and blending them with other cultures.
Chris' passion of creating immersive cocktail menus, storytelling, and his heritage, gave birth to the Good Fortune Cocktails Pop-Up, in collaboration with Campari America for Negroni Week; where he hopes to bring good luck, joy, and happiness to all those who join.
Negroni Week takes place as an annual event to help raise money for charity, and a portion of proceeds from this year’s pop-ups will be donated to Slow Food, a global organization founded to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, counteract the rise of fast life, and combat people’s dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, and how our food choices affect the world around us.
Reservations can be made on The Violet Hour’s website, and walk-ins will also be accepted pending availability.
