The event will include a dynamic presentation about steps you can take to ensure you not only survive travel - both work and pleasure - but thrive wherever you are in the world! The event will include; tips for creating an easy-packing list to use for upcoming trips, a demo of packing a suitcase properly, and which items we should include in our travel bag and, as well as ideas we can all implement for optimal health on the road. Each guest will take home a special gift to help set them up for healthier travel. Investment $100.
