Between January 20 to February 5, join Executive Chef Macku as he curated a decadent and elegant menu, drawing inspiration from the flavors and traditions of Japan to create compelling courses for locals and out-of-towners to indulge in. Diners can choose between a three or five-course Prix-fixed menu for $42 or $59.

The three-course menu features a first-course selection of fresh asparagus crab soup or flavorsome lobster salad and ginger dressing. Next, a rich tuna tartare will be served with the third course offering a choice of delicious duck breast, salmon, or beef tenderloin topped with a sweet soy sauce, seasonal vegetables, and rice. The five-course menu offers the same first two courses, with a third-course selection of salmon maki or nigiri (salmon, tuna, and yellowtail). The fourth course will also offer a decadent choice of duck breast, salmon, or beef tenderloin with the same sweet soy sauce, seasonal vegetables, and rice fixings. Saving the best for last, the fifth course offers mouthwatering dessert options of luxurious asparagus pudding with fresh strawberry puree, chocolate and Hennessey cream, or rich and creamy green tea crème brûlée.
