The American Eagle Stage has a full lineup with a lot of cool and upcoming artists to look forward to during this 4-day festival in Chicago.

Lollapalooza has been a stepping stone for many world-renowned artists like Louis the Child and Kanye West, who both have taken on the festival during their careers. Check out our list of the coolest upcoming artists that are due to take over the American Eagle Stage during Lollapalooza 2019

FKJ - Day 1 7:45 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 

You might be surprised at what FKJ stands for but it’s French Kiwi Juice. Funny right!? Well, this French multi-instrumentalist, singer, and musician is due to play on day 1 of Lollapalooza! He will be playing at the American Eagle Stage and is known for his live performances where he does live loopings through Ableton and showcases his instrumental skills! His genre is unique, it’s called Nu Jazz or French House. Some of his biggest hits thus far in his career has been “Tadow”, “Vibin Out With” and “Losing My Way”. Hear them live and learn them so you can sing along! 

Lil Baby - Day 1 - 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

Calling all Atlanta natives to the American Eagle Stage on Day 1 of Lollapalooza! Lil Baby, who is also from Atlanta, will be performing from 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. He is an American rapper, singer and songwriter who rose to fame when he released the mixtape “Perfect Timing” in 2017. Some songs off the tape you can look forward to are  “Close Friends”, “Drip Too Hard” and “Pure Cocaine”. 

Whethan - Day 2 - 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. 

Ethan Snoreck, or as his fans know him Whethan, is an American DJ and music producers from Chicago. He is returning home to show his fans what Chicago is made of! He first gained recognition after his remix of the track "XE3" by Mssingno, which as of December 2018 has garnered just under 12 million plays on SoundCloud. Some other songs of his you can look forward to hearing are “Be Like You” , “When I’m Down” and “Good Nights”. Be sure to get there early because his hometown fans will all be there to support him! 

Bring Me the Horizon - Day 2 - 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

On day 2, Bring Me the Horizon, takes over the American Eagle Stage! This metalcore, alternative rock and pop-rock group is from England and formed all the way back in 2004! The group consists of lead vocalist Oliver Sykes, guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Matt Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls and keyboardist Jordan Fish. They have a lot of hits but the ones I am looking most forward to hearing are “Drown”, “medicine” and “MANTRA”. Listen to them here! 

Gunna - Day 3 - 7:45 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 

This American rapper is best known for his recent collabs with Lil Baby and Young Thug. However, when he takes the stage solo at Lollapalooza, you will understand why he shot into the spotlight this year.  He was recently signed to 300 Entertainment and YSL Records and has already dropped some bangers like ”Drop Too Hard” “3 Headed Snake” and “Sold Out Dates”, all the songs you will hear live at Lollapalooza. 

Masego - Day 4 - 4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Masego takes the American Eagle Stage by storm on the last day of the festival! He is an American musician that was born in the ocean near Jamaica. Masego is an international, contemporary genre-bending entertainer who refers to his own music style as "TrapHouseJazz" or Emotion. His collaborative record with FKJ “Tadow” has amassed over 135 million views on YouTube. Some songs you can look forward to hearing from Micah Davis on the final day of Lollapalooza are “Lavish Lullaby” and “Navajo”. 

Denzel Curry - Day 4 - 5:15 p.m. - 6 p.m. 

Denzel Curry grew up in Carol City, Florida and quickly became a success in the music industry. He started rapping when he was in 6th grade and began working on his first mixtape in 2011 while he was still in High School. Some of the songs you should learn before his show are ”RICKY” “Ultimate” and “ULT”. 

Lane 8 - Day 4 - 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. 

Looking for some more house music to shuffle to before the festival ends? Head to the American Eagle Stage on Day 4 to catch Lane 8 playing deep and progressive house music. Daniel Goldstein, AKA Lane 8, is a musician, electronic music producer and DJ that is currently residing in Denver. He has some hits you may know like “Stir Me Up” “ No Captain” and “Fingerprints”.
